One of the reasons people get headaches is because they aren’t drinking enough water. Dehydration is one of the leading causes headaches. Drinking too much alcohol or exercising in the heat and not drinking enough fluids are common causes of headaches from dehydration. If you suspect you may be dehydrated, drink plenty of water. Start with a glass of water in the morning to stave off a headache early. Drink water throughout the day.
